Can it book with a specific doctor?
Yes. Each doctor has their own hours, days off and leave; the agent only offers slots that person actually has, and every booking lands in your dashboard diary.
What if a patient describes an emergency?
It does not triage or advise. Anything that sounds urgent is put straight through to the person you named for it, and if they do not pick up, it takes the details and flags the call.
Does it give medical advice?
No. It answers what you have told it - timings, fees, which doctor sees what - books the appointment, and leaves everything clinical to you.
Our older patients are not comfortable in English.
They do not need to be. You pick the languages your agent speaks - Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, English or another Indian language - and if a patient switches mid-sentence, it switches too.
Is patient information safe?
What you upload and what callers say is used to answer your patients and nothing else. It is never shared, and never used to train anybody else’s agent.
How much does it cost a clinic?
